CASE STUDIES | WORK IN THE FIELD | FWS

ABOUT FWS:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is a federal agency that works to conserve, protect and enhance fish, wildlife and plants and their habitats for the American people. One of their programs is the Migratory Bird Program, which works with partners to protect, restore and conserve bird populations and their habitats.

BUSINESS SITUATION:

One of the challenges that FWS staff face is working in harsh outdoor environments, such as wetlands, forests and mountains. They need to monitor and survey bird populations, collect data and samples, and enforce laws and regulations. They also need to communicate with other staff, partners and visitors.

OUR SOLUTION:

That’s why FWS is using the MUN-A10S Apple iPad 10.2" (7th/8th Gen 2019/2020) Waterproof Case from ARMOR-X. This protective case is designed to withstand water, dust, shock and impact. It also has a handstrap for easy carrying and a kickstand for convenient viewing. The case allows FWS staff to use their iPad in any weather condition, access important information and apps, and capture photos and videos of birds and their habitats.

The MUN-A10S iPad case has improved the workflow and efficiency of FWS staff. They can now work more safely and comfortably in the field, collect more accurate and reliable data, and share their findings and stories with others. The case also helps them protect their iPad from damage and loss, saving them time and money.

The iPad case is a great solution for FWS staff who work with migratory birds. It helps them fulfill their mission of conserving, protecting and enhancing bird populations and their habitats for the benefit of future generations.
