ABOUT AUSTRALIAN WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY (AWC):
Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) is a non-profit organization that protects and restores Australia’s threatened wildlife and habitats. Covering more than 12.9 million hectares, AWC owns, manages or works in partnership on more land than any other non-government conservation organisation in Australia, where it implements science-based conservation programs such as feral animal control, fire management, and ecological monitoring. AWC also partners with Indigenous groups, governments, and other landholders to deliver effective conservation across the continent. AWC’s vision is to reverse the decline of Australia’s biodiversity and secure the future of its unique wildlife.
BUSINESS SITUATION:
AWC aims to protect and restore Australia’s threatened wildlife and habitats. These sanctuaries provide safe havens for over 1,200 animal and plant species, including 72% of all terrestrial mammal species and 88% of all bird species in Australia. Wildlife ecologist from AWC spends most of their time in the field, conducting surveys, monitoring, and research on various animal and plant species in AWC’s sanctuaries. They rely on their Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and Galaxy Tab A 7 Lite to collect and store data, communicate with their colleagues, and access online resources. However, working in remote and rugged environments poses many challenges and risks for their devices.
OUR SOLUTION:
That’s why they use the ARMOR-X protective case for her tablet, which provides ultra 3 layers of shockproof and rugged protection. The case also comes with a hand strap and a kick stand, which make it easier to hold and use their tablet in different situations. Thanks to the ARMOR-X case, AWC Wildlife ecologist can work more efficiently and confidently in the field, knowing that the tablet is safe and secure. They can focus on their mission of conserving Australia’s unique wildlife, without worrying about damaging their device.
